Bio

Arya Donahue is a former town manager, radio show host/producer, and now a Natural Wellness Coach and Energy Medicine Practitioner. Recently, she wrote her second book, The Angel of Christmas.

In her younger years, Arya faced life challenges. She initially sought help through traditional psychotherapy but found true healing only when she incorporated her life's spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical aspects for healing. Angelic messages and guidance were a part of her journey.

She soon realized that a more integrative approach was necessary for balance, and her story began to reframe into a joyous recounting of her earlier life struggles.

Her new book expands on this spiritual exploration. The Angel of Christmas is a beautifully written, inspiring story. With a visitation from the angel of Christmas, families opened their hearts to create new Christmas traditions based on caring, sharing, and respecting the natural world.
